  • Michelle Molina

    Consultant

Michelle Molina is the Principal of Connecting Evidence. She loves working with organizations tackling complex issues and systems change. Michelle has a decade of experience partnering with organizations and coalitions on evaluations. That is, she helps them use data to learn from what’s working to inform adaptations, improvements, and decisions. Michelle’s Master’s in Education focusing on Social Research Methodology from UCLA gave her the technical skills she needs to collect and analyze both qualitative and quantitative data. Her experience working with a variety of organizations has helped her understand the importance of considering what would be useful to stakeholders, employing participatory approaches, and being thoughtful about the broader systems in which organizations, initiatives, and projects live.

“Working with Kaki and Vicente was a really good experience. We co-designed the details of each deliverable on the scope of work, made adjustments along the way and approached each tension point with care. With Kaki and Vicente as co-facilitators on our project I know we reached our full potential.”
